South Florida’s most elegant oceanfront address is closing out a banner year at an alltime high, announcing over $30 million sold in 30 days in the midst of the global pandemic.
The Ritz Carlton Residences in Sunny Isles Beach reached completion earlier this year, and strong sales are being reported there.
Over $500 million in sales have been recorded at the new tower since the building opened in March despite the pandemic, developers said in a press release. In total, more than 85% of units have been sold, including all four penthouses.
