A winding road links Collins Avenue with an elevated porte cochere. The monumental arrival appears perched atop a man-made hill. Its elevated vantage point exposes the ocean and horizon. A multistory atrium reveals the levels of architecture and landscape with three dimensional drama.

As it reaches the sky, the tower's nautical architecture dissolves into terraces.They create a series of vast decks that resemble those of great yachts and cruise liners. Each has a pool that floats above the city and the nearby park.

The Ritz-Carlton Residences in Sunny Isles Beach will reportedly launch preconstruction sales in the next 10 days. 

The 52-story oceanfront tower at 15701 Collins Avenue is a joint venture between Fortune International Group and Château Group. Renderings for the project have not yet been released.

Sunny Isles Beach — home to marquis projects like Porsche Design Tower and Residences by Armani/Casa — is getting another luxury brand condominium: The Ritz-Carlton Residences. 

The joint venture between Fortune International Group and Chateau Group will launch pre-construction sales of units in its planned 52-story oceanfront tower at 15701 Collins Avenue in the next 10 days.
