A penthouse in a Miami building that has yet to be completed just changed hands for a whopping $21 million, according to developers Fortune International Group and Château Group.
The entire 51st floor of the 52-story Ritz Carlton Residences at Sunny Isles Beach is currently under contract. Construction will begin on the condo building in 2016, with a projected completion date of 2018.

At the Ritz-Carlton Residences, Sunny Isles Beach, the 7,735-square-foot penthouse is a combination of two units comprising the 51st floor, according to Edgardo Defortuna of Fortune International Group, which is developing the 52-story beachfront tower with Château Group. Construction is set to begin in 2016 and will be completed in 2018.

The unnamed buyer combined two 51st-story units at the Ritz-Carlton Residences into a 7,735-square-foot apartment with five bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms. An outdoor terrace offers a summer kitchen, infinity pool and private garden.
