The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Sunny Isles launched their gorgeous sales gallery recently across the street from its upcoming 52-story beachfront development that broke ground last summer.

Facing the Atlantic Ocean and located at 15800 Collins Avenue, the pristine space offers rooms modeling the living areas in the residences, including a model kitchen, living room, and bathroom, in addition to a 6.5-foot scale model of the Arquitectonica-designed development.

Ritz-Carlton Residences in Sunny Isles Beach is unveiling a new $1 million-plus sales gallery, as it begins vertical construction of the 52-story condo tower, The Real Deal has learned.

With more than 3,000 square feet of interior space and a 1,000 square-foot terrace, the new sales gallery, at 15800 Collins Avenue, is across the street from the planned 212-unit tower. It replaces a sales center that was on the oceanfront site of the project before construction began last summer.

Toronto condominium marketer Hunter Milborne recently bought a condo at The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Sunny Isles Beach in Miami, Fla., which led to a strategic partnership that will now enable his company to cast a wider net.

Milborne Group is working with Miami’s Pordes Residential to serve the Florida real estate market, starting with the high-end Sunny Isles Ritz-Carlton and Fendi Chateau Residences in Miami.
