A wealthy buyer agreed to pay $21 million for a waterfront condo in Sunny Isles Beach that hasn’t been built yet, developers say
The unnamed buyer combined two 51st-story units at the Ritz-Carlton Residences into a 7,735-square-foot apartment with five bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms. An outdoor terrace offers a summer kitchen, infinity pool and private garden.
A winding road links Collins Avenue with an elevated porte cochere. The monumental arrival appears perched atop a man-made hill. Its elevated vantage point exposes the ocean and horizon. A multistory atrium reveals the levels of architecture and landscape with three dimensional drama.
As it reaches the sky, the tower's nautical architecture dissolves into terraces. They create a series of vast decks that resemble those of great yachts and cruise liners. Each has a pool that floats above the city and the nearby park.
The Ritz-Carlton Residences in Sunny Isles Beach will reportedly launch preconstruction sales in the next 10 days.
The 52-story oceanfront tower at 15701 Collins Avenue is a joint venture between Fortune International Group and Château Group. Renderings for the project have not yet been released.
